Swap automatic grearbox

Is difficult to change my automatic transmission a manual gearbox.

That would have They catch the donor ,is v6 engine.
And my Lincoln ls is v8 engine.

Am sorry for my English is possible not be correct.

The PCM that runs your V8 runs it for an automatic transmission. There was no manual version for the V8, so it's not going to know what to do when you put a manual in. It may run okay or it may not run very well. It certainly will have the check engine light on all the time. Also, the V6 transmission won't bolt to the V8. If it did, it may not be able to handle the power.

This subject has been discussed a lot, and I really shouldn't be responding to it. Feel free to prove me/us wrong, but I really believe that even with the parts you already have, you will spend more money and have a worse result than if you just went out and bought a V8 RWD manual car of another make that was designed to be that way.
