I'm converting to coils to replace the faulty air ride and am still undecisive on what route I want to go. I don't want a soft set of coils or crappy shocks/struts up front. This is a daily driver in the summer but also a drag car at the track so I need the car to plant its feet firmly. I don't care about a firmer ride as long as the car gets out of the hole like it should at the track.
Up front: Tokico? KYB? Ideas?
I'm thinking about going with Vogland springs. Yay or nay?
The shocks in the back are fairly new, but are a set of medicore Arnotts. I could ditch them if need be.
Again, I want the car to launch well. The suspension needs to be rebuilt which I believe is what is hurting my short times right now.(Best was 1.94 and had a 1.99 60' on my 13.59 run ICK) Since I am going to coils, I don't want to end up worse off than before in the 60' department.
Suggestions?
