I have a p0305 error code in the pcm as of this morning.
The car is shaking pretty badly so I know that I have to replace it with something until I can get the Hd Coils.

My service dvd is locked in the fire safe right now or just consult my own disk.

Which bank on the v6 is the odd-number bank? is it the driver's side or the passenger's. I know that will be the back coil, but can't remember which side is which.

thanks

I think the general rule of thumb with Ford V engines is the drivers side is the odd number side. At least it has been with the Fords Ive worked on.

Blue on blue was correct.

drivers side bank middle cylinder was number 5.
no oil or water in plug well, just a bad coil.
Tested with ohm meter no obvious short, or visible damage.
Just OEM POS.

Coil replaced with el cheapo for now.
No new misfire codes. As of 22:00 tonight.
