stumped

I'm curious. I've seen several mentions of adjusting the front height sensors by simply loosening the bolt and moving them up or down. What year is this Mark? I have a '96 and in order to adjust my front sensors, I had to drill new mounting holes. There was no "slot" for up and down movement. I wonder if there is a bracket I could find that has an adjustment slot. Anyone got a pair? I'd love to be able to adjust my suspension without having to drill new holes in the brackets. Thanks.

look closely at your lower sensor mount. It's a ball stud with a bolt facing the front. The bracket that the bolt runs through is a slot with about .65" up/down adjustability. it's only good for a little over an inch of ride height.

Oh good grief!:slam I feel like such a tool!:wrench I've had this frakkin car for 10 years and never noticed that slot!!!!! Thanks man! :waving:

 I love this place! :D

Me too!:Beer

Thanks to that little tidbit of info, I may be able to temporarily band-aid the car for a while until my silicone tape gets here. If I can possibly raise it about half an inch, that may keep the dryrot crack from opening up while it sits overnight in curb mode. Hopefully anyway.
