Stumbles and stutters off idle

The 93 has been stumbling and stuttering off idle, until the rpms come up. I have been thanking IAC valve is likley, however today it ran great. Today was nice, so I wasn't running the A/C, so without the A/C running, no stutter or hesitation.
Could the dreaded IAC be the cause? Or am I way off track?

IAC or TPS most likely. Personally I would swap both out while I was in there that deep. If you can hold off a few days, order from ROCKAUTO and get Motorcraft for a lot less.

Have you seen anyone with a Ford IAC? Rockauto doesn't seem to have OEM for that part.

Didn't realize they didn't have it anymore. New one on me but Amazon might have them.
