Spun a Bearing?

So I put a post up about my engine noise... it's making a clicking noise... I believe it's around the injectors for cylinder 5 and 6... it just started a month ago... I also realized I just got my oil changed around then... could that have caused it?... but someone said it could be a spun bearing?... what's that?... is it gonna wreck the engine?... can it be fixed?

Sticking injector or bad valve lash adjuster. My guesses.

my friends T-bird spun a main and it sounded like a bad timing chain tensioner
lots of rattles
