Sold my 2000 LS today

Psssst, next time you guys sell Silver Frost LS's can you take off the color matched Mclaren grille and put
the stock one back on to sell with the car and then make me the new happy owner of a Mclaren Grille ?

Premium $$$'s of course.

thanks.

@ Hite,
I'll hit you up for that heatshield shortly, still trying to find some time
to order the cold intake set up. (excuses, excuses)

If I could only stop reading this forum, I would have had my order in by now,
my own bad ~ have all day Friday off from work, will get more done.

Congrats and glad you're keeping the lse forever!

Keep the wheels or atleast sell them to someone on here, dont scrap them! You could make someone on here very happy and they might be willing to keep looking or trying to cough up the dough to fix them, very rare and sexy wheels.

Maybe its the pics but they dont look all that to me.

Theyre decent looking but sentas or xc90s fit the LS better.

One of the wheels is bent at the hub very bad. Its from my ex hitting a curb at 50. That incident also tore up the upper and lower control arm, hub, tie rod end and steering knuckle. I saw it spin on the wheel machine and its pretty bad, the guy said if it was steel he could probly fix it but the aluminum isnt as forgiving. I would pay anything to have it fixed if it was fixable.

The pics definately dont do them justic and the fact that I didnt have the car lowered doesnt help either. They may not be the best looking wheels on the LS but the are surely unique. Not everyone likes the split 5 design.

I love the wheels and I have checked half of the country's craigslist pages, some in Canada and even the ones in Italy where the wheels were made. I found one set in 18's but the wrong lug pattern. Ebay and google have nothing either. I am still looking

I wish I knew. If I could find just one of these wheels I would be soooo happy. One of mine is fine, two have small 'barrel' dents that are fixable and one is trashed :(

Alloy finish?

I think if they were chrome that would do it for me.

Yes they had the alloy finish. I was thinking of having them chromed but I decided to have them painted black with chrome bolts and lug nuts. Before I realized the one was unrepairable that is.

Well I have checked every US and Canada city with a Craigslist and the Mille Miglia EV-R's are not listed anywhere with the LS lug pattern. I only found two sets, one didnt have the lug pattern listed so I emailed the person asking but they are probly not the right pattern. They are 18"
