Refuse, to pay 700-800 for Kooks, just can't do it. Anyway, would these would work with little fabrication, or would it be an ass load?

If you want the most free flowing exhaust just buy the kooks. Unless you can modify or fab your own headers it is the best option. The cobra exhaust manifolds are a good upgrade over stock, but they don't just bolt on. You need to make some decisions regarding the cats.

There are several posts on installing all 3 options: kooks, modifying mustang headers, or installing the cobra manifolds.
