It looks like the base model 97's have different directionals on them than the LSC's. Did the LSC's have chrome and the base model not? Or am I wrong about this?

I think mainly LSC's had chrome but the dealer/customer could order a base with chrome if that's what they wanted. 95 is when they started coming out on LSC's and they were chrome.

So Tony, that's why it was vibrating on you? Forget Ebay, I have a wheel I will sell you.

Pretty sure. Before this painting thing I had replaced upper/lower control arms, outer tie rod ends, end links, struts all the way around and rear sway bar bushings. Then got new tires and had them balanced. The vibration kept up so I took the car back to the shop for balance of the tires and the guy said the front he was unable to balance. ( as well as putting the tires the wrong way on the rims. ) The vibration is pretty consistent over 50mph and gets worse and worse.

Before you suggested bent rims and I thought it was the shaft I was only on the freeway 5 miles 2 times a week and rarely got above 50mpg b/c of traffic. Makes more sense that it's a bent rim as I ran over a curb I couldn't see right after buying the car. I think it's only one tire.

If you ran over a curb, I would agree that you have a bent rim. When you have them balanced again, I would strongly suggest having static weights (inner stick on weights) put on the inside. I had clip on weights and one ended up falling off and I had wheel wobble at 40 mph and hitting 60 would shake pretty bad. Took it to Wal-Mart and had the inner stick on weights put on and clip on's removed. Now it's smooth as ice at any speed.

I had the same weights on my Octastars on the 94 and it was also very smooth at all speeds. Hammer on weights suck and they don't look good either. It's nice when you clean your rims and there isn't a big chunk of lead right there in the way.
