Sideview Replacement Mirrors

My side mirrors are a bit loose and they needed painting so I picked up two new OEM ones. Upon opening both the black paint is pretty dull. Almost looks like primer... but they are painted. Confused if this is how they come or else thinking they are fake... got them for about $100 total.

Unless specified by seller, almost all replacement exterior body parts come just primed (even from the dealer)
