with gas prices today i'd say steer clear of it those trucks get dog crap miles even if its 2 wheel drive. my buddy matt had the same truck, 94 x cab but a long bed lifted 2 wheel drive 350 and it was lucky to get 10 mpg, it had 39's on it though but still, unless you love spending money on gas, if you already have a rig that can pull the boat why bother. if you trade it, i'll bet you money in 6 months you'll be dieing for a car again you'll get sick of riding around in that truck. i had his for a day to detail it and buff the whole thing god what a joke it barely fit in my shop lol and buffing the roof with me at 5 foot 6 really sucked!
Oh well, It was worth a thought. I will probally just pass. You are right about the fuel prices. My Wifes expedition with the 5.4 liter only gets 12-13 mpg in town & about 16.5 on the highway.
My friend had a Ram pickup truck. He sold it and bought a Ford something -small, red. Anyway, the truck was paid off but he saved so much in gas alone that it covers BOTH the new car payments and the gas it uses with cash to spare.
don't do it, do not do it, you can't do that-if it was a 4 wheeler, maybe, but, come on-you are a Mark guy through and through, those chevy trucks are a dime a dozen, do not bail out on us......Pleezzzzzzzeeeeeeee:V :L :soapbox: :eyeroll:
