The codes you listed in your first post,,, seem to point to the solenoid pack. So I still suggest that you spend the $500 for parts and fluid. AGAIN... if it doesn't work,,, you should only be out about $100.
If fluid, filter, and solenoid pack fixes the issue,,, then you know that your reputable trans shop was either lying... or doesn't know what they are doing!!!
