Obviously the cheaper way out is to modify the sensor location, however, I'm wondering what (if any) long term effects that may have on the air suspension vs the ASHAM8 module?

The AHSAM8 may not be gettable anymore, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I love my ashem8
And yes they are still available
And yes he is in Turkey.
Either way you have to have it aligned at the setting that you always have it at

Too much...
Fastest NA Gen1 in Davenport, Florida....might be the only gen 1 in Davenport FL :)

Asham8 is $200 or. $210 shipped..

Takes a few months to get it here in the state's...the guy is from Hungary Budapest

I'll have a NIB one for sale soon :)

I would be afraid to have it at a fixed height when sensor-lowered. With the long nose on these cars, I would be scraping allover the place getting into driveways and steep parking lots.

Why would you have to align it after sensor lowering? Are you saying the tires sit differently at highway speeds then they do around town?

It's only when some people go a little overboard and drill additional holes to make the car even lower than just a normal sensor lower. Mine are just pushed up as high as they'll go. Nothing too low but sets at a good stance. 93-94 at HWY speeds drops an inch I believe and 95 & up only drop about a 1/2 inch but the info I read could have been off on that.

When you sensor lower one to drop about 2 inches lower than it would normally set and then the extra drop at HWY speeds, yes, it might require an alignment for that position it will be riding at.
