I had the Magnaflows and tips welded on today so snapped a couple pictures. I have a 2003 and according to my mechanic I only have 2" pipe although I thought all second gen V8's had 2 1/4??...Anyway, required a bit more work but I'm happy with the results. I don't have the x-pipe, but that may be next...

Looks great! soundclip!

Also, pull down that rear lower trim, it seems to get pushed up easily on gen2 LSes.

I can pull that down to cover up all those welds?? I didn't even know I could do that? And thanks!

I should've measured mine when it got done.

How do you like the sound?

Alax, where is YOUR sound clip??

Also to OP, why did you only debadge the Lincoln?

It was like that when I bought the car...no idea why. I would actually prefer it there. Know where I can get one?

You can just bed it back down...I think

I've been thinking about getting mine done soon. How much did it cost for parts and labor?

You can get Magnaflow 11225 mufflers for $140 and Vibrant 4" exhaust tips for $70, then add an hour of labor at a competent shop...$300 or so.

I did 2.25" pipe from resonators back, magnaflow mufflers, tips, and got to do the cutouts while it was on the lift at the shop. All for about $300.

They're Ansa Silverline 7 inch - 2.25 in and 4 out. I originally had Magnaflow tips that were 2.25 in and 4 out but were only like 4 inches long and they looked weird. I saw a good deal on ebay for the Ansa's so I picked up a pair. They look a lot better because the 'barrel' is longer (7 inches) so it's not such an abrupt change in diameter.

this looks great!!!

another thing i would do, if your rear valance keeps creeping up like that would be to throw some black spray paint on the bottom of the spare tire well to help hide it from looking at the back

Thanks Loud - I posted this a while ago so since then its been dropped and you don't really see the valance but I that's a good idea.
