i would guess 3M emblem adhesive or weatherstrip adhesive. i have to reinstall my trim eyebrows too this week. i dont think silicone would be a good idea.

Only the LSC has HIDs for the 96 year.

Most 96s don't have HID. Most the LSCs don't even have them. Produced in limited numbers, and many were switched over by the dealerships due to a recall.

Those are standard halogen.
