Ok, I have a SCT programed for my Mark VIII but can I now change it so I can tune my other cars or do I have to buy another SCT for another car?

They usually charge for each re-burn. It'll cost more to burn it for a new vehicle than to just change the programming for the same one. You'll need to re-burn every time you put it in another car or get more chips.
