anyone knows how to set shift points or shift firmness,

Have your people adjust the tune.. Or get the laptop software.. 
When you hook up the SCT tuner to the OBD2 port choose the option that lets you make adjustments.
You can skip the one's you don't want to change.
I set my firmness at +15% for 1st to 2nd -15% for 2nd to 3rd since it's too hard for that one even stock and +15% for the rest of them.
You can increase or decrease the mph the shift occurs at using the jog wheel.

thanks for the info i waiting for sct to email me back cause i set the t/c off but it keeps coming back on and it wont rev up in park r neu past 3k they have some ppl working on that for me so i waiting to hear back. Has anyone else ran into this problem
Gen 2 throttle by wire won't rev up past 3000 rpm in park or neutral.
Don't know about the t/c.

right - we never found the switch to permenantly disable TC.
