Of course i want to lower my car.Whats the do's and dont's?Whats this rays switch? Is that a controller?I did a little searching, but i have been limited on time.sorry

Sensor lowering is the Easiest, Cheapest, and my personal favorite. Its is just what it sounds like. You are moving the sensors up to make the car think the vehicle is riding higher thus venting air and lowering the whole vehicle down.

The Module 8 is also a very nice setup. 6 wires, 1 hour to install, and unlimited adjustibility front and rear.

The Ray Switch allows you to fully vent the bags for a sleek low show car stance.

Thanks for the help guys.Tomorrow will be a week since i drug the car out the weeds. My project cars have been camaro's for the last ten years.

I've read about someone who successfully drilled a hole for the LCA bolt through their air shock in a higher position than stock, then welded in a couple of washers to reinforce the hole.

The goal of this was to get the car lowered without sacrificing shock travel.

I'm in favor of the asham 8. Emailed BB sent him paypal and had it within two weeks. Bitch to wire but not too tough.
Looks slick in a gen I. Not sure about gen ii.

So with the 8 it allows for whatever height you want but you have to open then close the door for it to work?

Not really, this is a common misconception.

The module 8 works with the stock air ride computer. The air ride computer will only adjust the ride height after 45 seconds of averaging the data from the height sensors. The module 8 just changes the data from the ride height sensors, so it still takes 45 seconds to change the ride height.

If you want the car to lower instantly, as soon as you adjust the module 8 knob, opening and closing the door will do it. It's the same when you want to raise the car height, but to raise it instantly, you have to key off and on.

I think the Asham works differently as far as when it adjusts, I'm not sure.

I've got the module 8's on my green and red Marks, I think they are great. I'm not sure if the guy still makes them though.

Do you leave both Marks in the driveway at x-mas as deccorations? :D

Yes, I've got the Christmas photos with the cars covered in snow, to prove it.:D

what about the black one for festivus for the rest of us.
