S Type r?

Anyone have any experience with a s type r. I have to chance to pick up one. I have been reading on them the past few days and it seems they have a coolant line that runs under the supercharger that is a huge problem when it goes bad. Also a weird shifting in the zf from 1 to 2 or vice versa.

I want to go check it out Saturday let me know if you know anything.

From what I've seen you should have nothing to worry about in terms of kids abusing these cars like the LS. One, they can't afford them, two they probably can't afford the insurance despite being 5+ years old now.

Chassis issues would be similar to the LS. Motor issues would be similar except for anything s/c related or its cooling related. Same goes for trans.
