Russo & Steele - photos of damage to classic cars at Scottsdale show

Here's a link to photos of the thunderstorm car damage at Russo & Steele's auction in Scottsdale, January 2010. Thankfully no injuries but some of the cars didn't fare so well.

Ouch… The tents that were covering the cars were uprooted and tossed around, that is what caused most of the damage, the tent poles crashing across the sheet metal (or fiberglass) and windows.

For a resto to be damaged no big deal... but for an original to get damaged that is a tragedy...

I know some of those cars. I can't believe it didn't cross anybodies mind to look at the weather and prepare a little. It will be fine don't worry......shhuuuure.
