What is it something all people are supposed to know? If you don't try, how are you going to learn anything. We all make mistakes and we learn from them.

As i can see, you are not a very eclectic individual, cause you can't make sense out of my post.
You told the guy "take it to someone who knows how to detail". What is that mean? It means, he doesn't know how to detail. That is why i said, its not something people just know, they learn by trying/doing.
