i dont know but i spent the last 30 minutes rounding up front end suspension parts and entering all my :q:q:q:qing info and the website cant even process my order wtf everytime i get on the web and need :q:q:q:q this is the stuff that happens to me. thats why i just drive to the store and pay more money locally dont have this stupid ass :q:q:q:q to deal with.
 
Ouch, I've been there. I just ordered lower control arms from rockauto last night. My cheapy ebay ones are crapping out on me after 7 months. I know all of you will tell me, "I told you not to use that crap!" but I was broke at the time. Anyway, I've only run into problems ordering from them when I would use other peoples' credit cards to order parts for side jobs.
 
I did'nt have a hard time ordering from them! But, I got a brake hose/height sensor mount that will not work! I cannot get the fitting on the steel brake line to screw into the new brake/caliper hose! It is a different thread or something. I am not going to try and return it because it will cost me more to ship than I will be getting back!

P.S. I thought my price for my list of things I ordered was cheaper than just going to get them from the store, but after they added the shipping price than I could have gotten it for the same price and right-a-way from autozone! So some things might be a good deal but some things you are better off by just going and getting it from the store!
 
well i used both my debit cards that are directly linked to my bank account and it wouldnt accept either one, bastards.
 
Did you put the bank phone number on it. Idk why they ask for it, it's the only place I've ordered from the asked for it. You could try Paypal, I've ordered from rock through paypal once.
 
Looks like this is a real issue. I want to purchase a couple of coil pack from them this week. So what I am hearing is that you have problems ordering from their website?
 
i did put the bank number i filled the entire form out with no errors, it wasnt missing info, it was their site saying they couldnt process at this time sorry for the inconvienence, my wife was right here making sure i didnt miss anything, i tried 3 times and no go!
 
You could try paypal. They have that option on the checkout page. It might go through then. Or you could try to phone it in and give them the discount number over the phone along with your cc info
 
I am going to try the telephone to place my order and I am just asking, is the discount number available to members? I would rather jump in while the plane is accending and flying good rather then decending. LOL.
