what springs and where, i think in MWB's 1-2 it was the upper(?) and none in the 2-3 but i dont od was harsh.........hmmmmmm

That is SO weird... I mean mine is pushing the limits of what it can even do and it isn't that harsh at all into OD...

where can I get a J MOD kit??? I don't think I have time to drill my plate...I would only have time to just put my Mark on a lift and swap 'em out a work

My buddy's Kenne-Bell'd Gen2 is there right now.
On a related subject.
My 99 F250 shifts like hell. WAY too soft, and takes forever to actually hit the gear when it commands the shift. Are the 4R100's the same as the 70's when it comes to J-modding it? I don't want them to slam shift, just hit the gear firmly, and with out hesitation.
oh............and as cheap as possible.
