So as the title states I had my fan pump replaced and now the fan won't turn on, anyone knows what could cause this?

Your LS is a First Gen the problem is maybe the Fan or a leak of hydrolic fluid or something block your fan

^this is what was wrong with it at first, the fan would spin but would not get to the rpms that it was supposed to spin out (when the engine heated up), but now since I had the pump replaced the fan wont spin at all, just sits there...and the fluid is flowing because when he disconnected the hose from the fan all the fluid ran out.

There are 10 pages of testing for that cooling system on the ford site. I would have to print and scan the pages if your tech cannot find the instructions in his repair computer.

Here is the elect diag for that system.

Let me know.

if a new problem has shown up once parts were replace - then likely something during that process is the issue (at least the new issue).

bleeding the system is tricky and is done by vacuum. if they don't bleed it properly - the pump is pushing air and cannot compress it enough to spin the fan.

the problem is you actually tried to fix it instead of putting in an electric fan! :D
