Well as you all know I have this horrible yet awesome 76 cutlass supreme brougham. 10 years ago this car was immaculate and I wanted it bad. Well after our uncle trashed it he decided to sell it to me for 700.00 bucks. I know have the chamelion and it has become my baby instead of this resto project.

She has been on CL for 700.00 for awhile and not even had a hit. Then boom! Something clicked in my head. I recently sold my s-10 and need a truck. I also have acess to an old chevy truck bed. So this is where I am at.

I can't afford a full resto on her but I can afford sawzall blades and sheet metal to fik what would be left of the floor boards. I think I might go this direction with it.

I was thinking THE TRUCKLASS SUPREME. This car has a strong drivetrain, just a rotten ass body.

I had a 77 Cutlass Salon (one owner) for many years. It's identical but has the shifter in the center and bucket seats. Then I bought a 76 Cutlass Supreme (one owner) and drove it from 91 till 03 and it was in way better shape than that. No rust anywhere and I sold it to a friend for $300 but they were both damn good dependable cars. Easy cars to work on too if something went wrong. My 76 was a charcoal grey with burgundy interior and looked mint when bought with 80K on the clock. Had 190K on the clock when sold and it was faded out bad.

I wished the Mark parts were as cheap as Cutlass parts.
