Front has previously been confirmed to be 30mm (1 3/16"), Energy Suspensions part number 9.5171

Rear appears to be 19mm (3/4"); Due to the limited clearance, I believe that grease-able will NOT be an option and even if they would clear height wise, they wouldn't be accessible with a grease gun. So I'm ordering both sizes in the 19mm Diameter (non-grease-able): Small one is 9.5123; Large one is 9.5106.

From what I could see of the mounts, I'm expecting the small one to work; but it's easier to have both on hand and just return one of them than have to put everything back together and reorder.

I'll report more when I receive and start the install on the bushings, but it appears that it MAY be necessary to drop the rear sub-frame at least a little. I'm hoping this isn't the case but keep that in mind. I'm leaving Friday night for seven days, so I won't be able to do anything with it until then.

So NateRW21, were your calculations correct?

It's been a while since this thread has been brought to light I just want to be sure. I have an 02 sport and want to do this mod as well!:D

Just giving you a little update... I've had the parts for months, but haven't had the time to install them; I've had a lot of training to attended and tons of more pressing projects to work on. Hopefully I'll get to them relatively soon. I will update this thread once I get into it.

Any updates NateRW21?

I just received my Energy Suspension bushings part #9.5171R yesterday and I have an appointment on Monday to get them put on.

Basically the rear in general. I just want an updated on what he was doing.

Are you talking about the tie rod ends?
