So I am in the middle of converting to coils and I removed my rear shock.

I burned out the old bushings.

Then I come to find that the upper section of the shock (where the new bushings go in) it bowed out.

I cut the section off so the mount itself is flat.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Can I get new mounts?

Its suppesed to be bowed out. I have aftermarket flat mounts so I didnt run into this problem but at the other site there is a write up with pics and they show the bushing (poly) just sitting in that cupped part.

Just put the new bushing that come with the shocks in and tighten them down... they'll work fine .. you don't need anything new or extra...

Done this every time I change my shocks on all three Marks ...
