Pulled codes- what do I do?

The car surges under low acceleration. I thought it might be an ignition problem, so I replaced the coils. I was wrong, it's a fuel problem. I just pulled these codes, what do I fix?

543: Fuel pump (FP) circuit open connection - Electronci Control Assembly (ECA) to battery.

524: low speed fuel pump- open circuit failure between battery and Electronic control Assembly (ECA).

175: Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) sensor- voltage signal not switching (bank #2)

176: Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) sensor- voltage signal indicates "lean" (Bank #2)

136: Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor- voltage signal not switching during Engine Run Self-Test. Indicates "lean" (Bank #2)

Is the passenger side bank #2?
Does this mean I need to replace that O2 sensor?

And what do I need to do about the fuel pump circuit? I'm not familiar with that.
 
i think the fuel pump codes are for when your inertia switch switch is tripped and bank 2 is on the driver side

So that means - Driver's side O2 sensor needs attention?
(Or, I need to clear the codes and redo this since I just replaced my EGR tube)

As for the interita switch switch being tripped, wouldn't that make the car completely inoperable? I'm experiencing a surging of sorts at low speeds with a degree of frequency, but the car remains on the road.
 
Im now having a similar problem colabrio. How did you end up resolving this problem?
 
Sadly, I have yet to resolve the problem.

I actually planned on tackling it again tomorrow. My guesses are either TCC solenoid, MLPS, or maybe something in the fuel injection. I'll try to figure this out.

Are you experiencing the same symptoms, or the same codes, because I think they are unrelated.
 
After looking thru the cd that I have for the first gen marks, it says to replace the O2 sensors. Of course you will hafta do ALOT of things to get to that, but according to the cd it will take care of most of the DTC's that you have. According to the cd it is either that or replace the PCM.......:shifty:
 
Experiencing a similar surge/hesitation type of feeling...I failed the CA smog inspection so i bought a code reader to try and determine the problem. The codes I got were 172 (Bnk 2 O2),176 (Bnk 1 O2), 214 (CID), and 534. The 543 has since gone away and the O2's went away for a few days but just today the bank 2 code came back. The 214 has been consistenly there everytime i clear and rerun the codes. Ive replaced the camshaft position sensor in an effort to deal witht the 214 but i still get the code. My next idea was to replace the Crankshaft position sensor but it seems the previous owner attempted this already and stripped the bolt on it (pep boys wants $250 in labor to replace it). Ive also consider replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Since this all may be a result of the O2 sensor i figured id go ahead and replace them but that also seems like a nightmare to do myself. Im not sure which way to move first.
 
Sounds like your fuel pump isn't getting constant juice... If you have a multimeter, I'd start first by checking the fuel pump fuse and relay and voltage at the wires under leading to them. A loose connection due to corrosion could easily make for a poor contact and make the pump jump on and off.

This isn't common on Fords but could be the cause.... I've heard of a lot of Dodges having problems with the wiring harness on the fuel pump itself and they would replace the pump and wonder why it doesn't work after.
