Project X

SCT is what I use, no expert by any means. Read the book at least 4 times, then went page by page writing the tune.
It's a learning curve but you can't beat the feeling when you turn the key and she starts right up.
Simply awesome.:leghumper
Fat is good at start up one would think.

We should initiate an award for the best documented build or repair and give it at the end of each year. Something simple - like a 21 year old Scotch. Ever since I first ventured onto this site I have heard all extol the Cobra intake as an upgrade. What exactly does it do? Is the port polishing better or the design smoother? Or is it just that it has more volume capability? I do know one thing - they sure look nice when polished and in the engine bay, but I'm curious as to how it does its job.

Flows better...the stock gen two intake is not the best piece.
It is debatable which is better between the cobra and the gen one intake.

Advantage the cobra has is the ability to shorten the runners under the cap if you need more flow, which would be the case with this car.....er.... hot rod.

This car is one of the better builds I have seen no doubt.
