why dont you post some :q:q:q:q you drew, now no googling :q:q:q:q. and i wasnt pissed at you i was having a :q:q:q:qty :q:q:q:qing day, which generally blows and i like the true fire flames so they could look cool
 
Damn, chill out. First of all if that's free hand I think it's a pretty damn good drawing. Soopa if you don't like it don't look at it. Don't you remember what they taught you in pre-school? If you don't have any thing nice to say don't say anything at all.
 
I think it looks pretty good, and this comes from someone who can draw everything BUT cars for some reason. Sure wish I had the time to do that still....
 
Dont look at the thread I started ok? Either way I said he stinks instead of being completely wreckless and saying "you f'n suck dont ever pick up a pencil" I was just stating my opinion he said he was having a bad day and maybe took it a little overboard.. whatever its over.

Looks alot better.

Except the verticle slats showing kn the grille through the mesh is a little messy IMO.
 
what about taking the verticals out and making "tabs" to mount the new grill to. they would be like an L shaped bracket
 
attach a thin sheet of something in a solid black color to the back of the black mesh... lol
 
has anyone cut the bars off and put something solid black instead with the honeycomb-type grille layered on top of it?

your car is coming out nice. the only thing i suggest you try to do is buff out your lights. i tell you from experience because i never did and i hate looking at my tail-lights. i always say i'm going to take off the tint and re-do them. anyways, i'm just ranting now...looks good
 
I dont think I can buff my headlights.. They have been spray tinted, and I think it might "un-tint" them
 
Just remember when you do something like that, the grille is in fact functional.. . .

all buffing is..is smoothing out the top layer.. IMO go very heavy on the tint, then buff away a layer to get that flush look with the factory paint...should be like it is now, just polished;)
