Plug and Play Module 8

I took the Module 8 out of my red Mark when I parted it out. I also took the air ride module, harness, and plugs.

I want to use the module in my black Mark in the winter, and in the white Mark in the summer (the green Mark already has one).

Since I hate connecting the wires in the car (it's a pain to get to) I rigged up a harness to just plug in.

I cut the male plug out of a spare air ride module, de-soldered the pins from the circuit board, and soldered the wires from the harness to the pins. I used shrink tubing and sealed it all up with hot glue when I was done.

It's not pretty, I left the wires separate, as I'm not sure how much room I'll have to work with in the car.

I plugged it in today, it works great!

Here's a couple photos, it's not every day you see a lowered Mark VIII with snowflake wheels and snow tires.

I'll mostly be using the raised 4X4 look in the winter though.

I had a module 8 in my first mark. I should have never sold it with that still installed. oh well.
