is there a way to reset the computers in the car other than the battery.I recently rebuilt this car it was neglected i put in a 67k motor new o2's and everything else.I just want to reset the computer my mpg even still says 11mpg everything is tune up nice with nothing but motorcraft parts.In my opinion its slow compared to the others ive drove its a 97 lsc.

take the battery termals off and touch them together. That will reset it all.

i will try that i did a 0-60 last night it was 7.8 sec is that bad i think its just me

0-60 should be around 7-7.5 seconds.. does it feel dog slow or like its struggling?

it just doesnt pull like i think it should maybe because i keep driving 98's but around 35-40 i can feel it jump into gear and my tires chirp i have the accumulator parts and my mpg is very low like 11.1 everything is up to date with nothing but motorcraft parts new o2's and all i will see how the reset goes

Faulty butts should be serviced or replaced as required.
