Part number help

Behind the engine there's a T shaped rubber tube. One of leads goes to the brake booster, I imagine the other from vacuum from the engine and the other, who knows. That rubber T tube fitting thing is cracked from dry rot. I taped it up and put on some zip ties so I'll have brake pressure again, but I'd like to replace it the right way.

Does anyone know what the part number is and what its called?

Its in the car care section of walmart. You could probably find it at autozone. No need to call ford on this one
