Hey guys. Had a problem retrieving my username and password, so I had to start all over. Oh well.
The question: I have a 95 Mark that was sitting for a while (long story). It was running rough when I finally started it. Decided to go ahead and change the plugs. The driver side plugs were toast. The center electrodes looked almost melted, or at least excessively worn. I suspect a lean mixture. I do not have a check engine light. The temperature of the cats are virtually the same. The car is still sputtering and intermittantly losing power.
I believe I have a bad o2 sensor on the driver side. Does this sound right? If I am not mistaken, it would be the pre-cat sensor. Is that right?
Thanks for your input.
