overhaul kit for a DOHC 4.6?

I talk to Maxx and called summit but no one has a ocerhaul kit for our engines , any one know where I can get an inexspesive one.

The new mark that I have has 179 rounds on it and is smokeing, with my luck she will pop by mid summer.

I have a couple of spare motor's lying around that I just want to clean and rebuild one to stock spec's, just so I have a good motor to install.

I will build a HP one down the road sometime when I'm rich but for now I dont have the cash to do anything to the motor, I just need the basic gasket kit, any sugestion's?

That is 100% true........BUT Sean Hyland is yet another company that charges WAY too much for what they do.

Compare prices between Hyland, and a comperable engine builder like VT......


Back on topic tho........ I could have SWORN Summit had a 4.6 rebuild Kit.

Why not just drop one of the motors you have in and let it go until it dies, you have extras.
