so i have been waiting on gene with lms to stock up on some more mufflers however i do not know how long that will be.i want a good deep sound without all the interior noise.what do some of you run and how do you like it.i will be going "true duals".any opinions?

I've had a 93 Mark (2-1-2 piping) and now a 96 LSC (true dual exhaust stock) and both of them got the "removed mufflers" treatment. On the 93 i removed the resonator, the LSC doesn't have one stock. The muffler shop welded in place straight pipe.
Not much drone, and it really isn't too loud at all, it has a mature V8 sound. It doesn't sound raspy or "raw", it sounds more deep and mellow even when you get on it. I always get compliments from friends and some others as well on the sound.
Performance wise i've seen pretty much nothing from doing this, in case you were wondering. I've never been pulled over either and my area is suburban with ALOT of Police Officers.

Flowmaster Delta series.
I have the flowmaster 40's on mine, and I just drove it almost 800 miles the last few days, and while listening to the radio, you could barely hear the exhaust tone, and you can talk on the phone at 80mph cruising around 2100 rpms with no problems at all

well done deal...just ordered flowmaster delta 40.really like the deep tone.Many Sorrys go out to geno and lms but been waiting 2 weeks with no "for sure" date on arrival sent me elsewhere.Guess now im needin some pics of some tips ya'll might have to see what i think.im possibly staying with a single oval look but maybe alittle "fatter" to fill in the outlet on the rear cover alittle better.whatcha think?

i just bought borla oval tips. they are a little on the pricey side but they look awesome. im still gonna buy genos setup when he gets those muffs in myself. ill change these muffs to my cobra.
