OK Fayetteville NC Drag Strip Fri. 6-22-12

Well the Fayetteville drag strip changed test and tune to Friday nights. We just finished installing the new 4,200 stall converter in the Gold 93. Feels stronger, but will see. Still no new tune on the shift points. So we are taking both the Gold 93 and the Black 98 LSC (Stock). If you can come join us. Over a year ago when we did the exhaust and installed saturn5 braces I took pictures of the underside. I never showed any of those picture because it has a little rust under there and it showed up real good in the pictures. So I ordered some rust converter and planned to some day clean it up under there and soak it down with that rust converter. Well since it was on the lift the last two days I did that. It looks much better under there but it was so hot today and we finished late enough I didn't get any pictures. I took this picture of the exhaust yesterday when we took it off.

Thank you sir. We also put on a fresh set of 26-11.5-17 M/T Street ET's. While they were off we put the cross drilled and slotted rotors in the rear with the ceramic pads. A new Motorcraft oil filter with about 6 quarts of Royal Purple. The only bad thing was that rust converter stained my hands black.
