Oil in My intake?

I took off the upper intake and found oil down in there Should this be down there?

No, should be pretty dang dry. Odds are your PCV valve is putting it in.

Ya, i can't remember who has a morosso vent system, but instead of running the hose from your pcv valves he has them going to a filter in his fender, so i agree with unity that it is the PCV valve

every intake ive pulled on any engine has at least a nice thin coating of oil inside the intake, never seen a puddle of oil though........ that 1st pic is a lot of oil for the intake.........clean up and put a new PCV valve and check again.

I'm taking the whole intake off and replacing the gaskets.

Good idea. But no oil passages are around the intake. Its coming from somewhere.

I've trying to solve a vacuum leak, and I came across this. I'll replace the Pcv as well.

Running a separator or catch can inline with the PCV will help prevent that as well.

x2. If you get a catch can and a real nice check valve you will be golden.
