...As an airplane is about to crash, a female passenger jumps up frantically and announces, "If I'm going to die, I want to die feeling like a woman." She removes all her clothing and asks, "Is there someone on this plane who is man enough to make me feel like a woman?" A man stands up, removes his shirt and says, "Here, iron this!"....

He's very shy and just likes to lay around and be by himself. He has ZERO energy but loves car rides and walks. He was already house trained, which is awesome so no accidents yet. He keeps quiet, haven't heard him even bark yet, sleeps through the night peacefully. He's two years old, half pit half chocolate lab. I'm going to put him on some supplements and get him some exercise so he can be a little more full of life. He loved the LS! When I pulled over to get out I literally had to drag him out, he didn't want to leave it, and kept trying to go back in!

No one would take that dog?

Jesus, what is the world coming to.

Wish I could tell you more, or maybe some info on his background... All I can think of is that maybe no one wanted him because he's not affectionate... when I say zero energy I mean literally none. He doesn't' even get excited to eat. But that could be attributed to him not knowing me, being nervous, abandonment, diet, exercise... who knows? I also think a lot of it is to do with his age. People want a young dog, a puppy and he's almost two already. There were a ton of dogs at this shelter and it broke my heart to choose only one. I went in with him in mind and when I met him he ignored me so I was like maybe I should look at other dogs if he doesn't like me. So when I started to play with another dog he got jealous started jumping up and down - like "PICK ME PICK ME," so of course I had to! That was the most I've seen from him energy wise.

Thanks guys, he's an awesome little guy. He's already full grown and he's small which I like. Yesterday I went home for lunch from work and played with him and he was having the time of his life... we threw a rope around, i tackled him, he tackled me... he's a lot of fun outside..at night when I came home I took him for a long walk - about a mile, he loved it. He's just weird indoors, very quiet, passive, keeps to himself... which I suppose is a good thing. What is CRAZY to me is how willing people are to just come up to a random dog and pet it, or attempt to. Like I don't even know him yet, or what he's capable of, or what'll set him off. So far he's hasn't done anything - I still haven't heard him bark. He's like the honey badger, nothing bothers him at all - other dogs, people, nothing. I still haven't chosen a name - I'm leaning towards Rampage, Sake, Scorpio (because I got him in November), etc. I'm entertaining names if anyone has any suggestions or any cool names to give him.

Never posed around my car.. But here is a couple of the car. One is during a extrication class for the fire dept.

Lil update on the dog since it's been one full week since I've owned him: he's becoming more and more awesome everyday. He's loving, affectionate, but still loves his time by himself. When I come home now he gets all excited and jumps on me, he gets excited to go outside and play, but MOST OF ALL - he loves rides in the car. I decided to stick to his original name: Ryder. He seems to respond to it. I've taught him how to sit, give me paw and stay so far. I still haven't heard him bark yet, so hopefully it's not some weak chihuahua-type bark. He's good with kids and other dogs so far. Here's a pic and video:

My wife's is a Maltese / Yorkie...around 1lbs...He's 3

They both have the same color markings though (black and white), kinda cool
