7th Annual LvC

Boscobel Beach Party
July 20th - 22th, 2012​

Thank you to everyone who have come to our Beach Parties and have made them a lot of fun, and a great success. It's because of you that Heather and I host the Beach Party, we enjoy the company and friendship of all who attend.

Once again we open our Home for all who wish to attend.​

Activities and Times are Tentative ​

We had a lot of fun at 6th meet and tried some new things ... I am working on idea to make the 7th as much fun as all the rest if not better ...

All Times Tentative

Friday July 20th

12:00 PM-7:00 PM Meet Drink and Be Merry on Mespock's Front Porch with Pepperman (as we wait and watch members arrive)
Looking forward to meeting all new people who say they are coming, and welcoming all our old friend who return every year.
7:00 - 9:00 PM - Dinner is under discussion ... looking for a better idea
9:00 till Ms Chicken takes Chicken to bed - Fire, Refreshments, and Good Company back at Mespock's house .....


Saturday July 21st

8:00 AM Coffee at Timberlane Coffee Shop -
9:00 AM Breakfast at the Unique Cafe'
11:00 Meet at Kronshage
12:00 PM Cruise to Prairie Due Chien
1:00 PM - 5:pM The Great LvC Run (TGLR 2) ??? Followed by Door Prizes ..

All who come to the meet should bring something to donate to the Door Prizes .... Can be as simple as a Can of Tire Cleaner or Sea Foam. Could be a car part you may have laying around the garage (one that works) ... Beer, Wine, Booze, .... Just something that could be used in the door prize drawning after the TGLR.

5:00 PM - Cruise to Boscobel
6:00 PM Dinner - In the Planning Stages Yet Mespock's
8:00 PM Evening Activities ???? Still working on these.

Sunday July 22nd 9:00 AM -Breakfast at the Unique Café and Good-Bye

All it takes is one Wedding and the motels in Boscobel will fill So make your reservations early to guarantee your room. No Credit Cards will be charged until date of event

I'll be blocking rooms at the River Inn 608-375-8000 for LvC, other Boscobel motel is the Sands Motel 608-375-4167

So book your rooms early. (and remember Boscobel is a city of only 3,000 people so we don't have many motels. Next closest is about 10 miles away at the Fennimore Hills 608-822-3281

Once again my back yard is free for those wanting to save some money and camp out.
Those wanting to arrive earlier are welcome, same with those wanting to stay longer (as long as it's not permanent LOL).


Lawn Chairs are always good thing to bring

Just made reservations at the Sands - we are good to go JD ;)

My first day schedule:
Arrive around 3pm
3:01 - stop at Unique Botique and snag some hot deals!!!
4:30-5:00 porch greeting
5:10 check in hotel
5:15 - back on porch!

lolol - c u all there!!

Great job last year rich - the scavenger hunt was AWESOME!!
 
Rich - you might want to edit that to say 2012... just sayin' ;)
 
Sorry to confuse you Trevor .. but you had a great time ... LOL .... Too bad you can't remember the party ...

But also I'm afraid of 2012 the end of the world ...

I'm am forsure coming with the gf from Canada! Reserved room already! Dun know what Lincoln to bring though prob the vii

I think that would be a good idea, keep people guessing about where it's going to be.
 
Fore warning I have a led foot :lol: the way things are looking I might be taking the truck and trailering one of the marks

Watching slow hmmmmm i don't think so Debi... LOL, the way foxpaws and you went down that street it was like going from sub light to warp speed in one second. :D
