OBDII Plug Location

I recently purchased a Scangauge 2 for my S10 and LS. It uses the OBDII port to gather all it's info, and i cannot find where the plug is on a 2005 LS.

Any help is appreciated

Just past the knee panel, right of the steering column and left of a line down from the ignition key.

It works like a charm, but i don't know what "CAN bus" means.

Here's where i have it for now, just temporarily velcro mounted.

I think that he coasting, going down alittle hill to get that. The Scangauge will give instant readings. From what I have read it is very informative and accurate. Can read about 30+ perimeters of the motor and info that goes to the computer. I have been thinking about getting one, but I am not sure where to mount it yet.

Yea, the 70+ MPG is because i was coasting up to a stop sign.

And so far i love this thing. The gauges in the picture are water temp and air temp (entering the engine) so you could see how well your CAI works lol.

It also has trans. temp, HP, TQ, speed (can compensate for tires/gears), TPS, MAP, and many more....

You can buy it online or find a dealer near you to buy it. I found that a local dealer had it for a little cheaper than online. So check around first.

I just grabbed one of these off eBay after seeing one of the guys from the meet today with one in his Town Car. There's also a mount made for it off the rear view mirror arm on eBay as well. That's another $45 and I have to make sure it'll fit, so I'll wait. I'll post up some pics when I put it in.
