I have a 2003 LS V* that appears to be having a coil(s) going bad. Is it best to replace O2 sensors when this happens? If so, are all 4 the same or are the fronts and rears different?

Also, has anyone had any problems with Lincoln extending the warranty on coils to 100,000 miles?

IMHO - no need to replace the O2 sensors.

the pre-cat sensors are different than the post-cat sensors.

Your lucky if you got a factory warrenty.....my aftermarket one ends at the end of April

Well, took the car to the dealer today and I definately was having some issues with the coils. Several contained water and the warranty extension by Lincoln is going to cover 100% of cost. Tomorrow I will be getting all new coils, plugs, cover, and gasket. This happened just in time because my car now has 92,000 miles on it.
