Now to the next issue foot on brake apply p

probably you disconnected some wire in the center console especially near the parking brake and advance track.

You might've accidentally pressed the parking brake down which I think can sometimes cause this. I've had this happen once or twice, and there is a reset procedure (search for it - I don't remember which thread has it but you'll find it). If the reset procedure doesn't work you'll need a new module.

You disconnected the battery. That's all that has happened.
You just need to follow the message center instructions so that the parking brake module can relearn it's values. After that, it won't bother you again.

Wow me in my ls or in a full relationship I think she was mad because I started taking her apart in the cold it was because the bat was disconnected lol never had that happen b4 had to hold the foot brake down and the park brake up then releases park brake and it cleared She really hates me

That's normal procedure when replacing (or disconnecting) the battery with the electronic parking brake. No reason to be concerned or miffed.
