i know you guys are probably gettin tired of my a$$,but today it got warm here in n.y. so i put the ac on just to check it and nothing compressor dosent engage.i had the system re charged last yr.could this be related to my heat problem? any ideas thanks guys

sounds like it has a leak, go have gauges put on it to see, or jumper the cycle switch on the evaporator if the compressor engages you know you have low refridgerant.

today on my way home from work,i left the fan on low and i got plenty of heat,but when i turned the fan on hi it got cold again.WTF!!!!

FYI, my schrader valve was faulty and leaked. You can just replace the small tube that goes into the accumulator and they have a special socket for removing and replacing it.
