Nice Mark VIII

i'll show you a nice mark VIII convertable, this belongs to my buddy dennis jones in maui hawaii. he has spent serious money on this car, alot of parts on this car are from us, including the gen two seat foam and frames, we have shipped many parts to hawaii for dennis and he even came to meet us at my shop 2 years ago. super nice guy with a total one of a kind mark VIII, some will like it, some wont, but he deff has a cool mark.

Wow i love the interior. The wheel trim and white walls arent my style, but it is a real nice mark viii.

he had the skins custom done and i guess from what he told me it took the guy a long time. he is the only guy doing upholstery on the island of maui. i agree if it was mine i would lose the wheel trim and white walls to, but i wouldnt hesitate to take that car, its bad enough there are only a handful of the " vert's " left and this one is surely the most unique!

correct, they came off the assembly line in michigan and i think less then 20 were shipped to clearwater florida to CoachWorks where the vert's were done. dennis bought his here in florida and had it shipped in a container took over 3 months to get to hawaii.

yeah well what else are you supposed to do when you cut the roof off a car that isnt supposed to be cut off lol. from the day the conversions were done to them few marks they leaked, it was a crappy job, should have never been done, but they did it, people paid for it, and thats what it looks like now all those years later, honestly if thats all thats on there considering how hacked up the verts were, i'd say thats pretty damn acceptable!

cool i did not know that

i thought it was 12 made, i think thats what dennis told me, he said he only knows of 4 left his and 3 others.

I remember the camino, black, did it have flat black or am I imagining that?

I really like the interior, that's the ivory right? Or is that all custom
