Newbie, Whats happening fellas.

Whats up peeps? Well im a new owner of a 2002 Lincoln LS V8 with 43,000 miles on the speedo. Ive been a Ford lover all my life. My first car was an 88 Ford Taurus, then I had an 86 Ford Aerostar, I also had a 95 Cougar XR7 4.6 V8, then I had a 97 Mark VIII LSC, that I just totalled, Ill post some pics of her soon. I was in need of a new car so I went with the LS which is almost compatible with the Mark, but In a way very far apart, in which you cannot compare both cars, b/c the Mark to me is superior, in looks as much as performance and power. I know that in the far future ill get to own one again. Well lets get to the subject on why im actually posting. I would like you guys to start me off with some begginer mods. Since I know nothing at all about these 3.9 engines. Also what exactly are these angel eyes that Ive read about, and how can i take off that horrible looking orange from the front headlights. Thanks a lot for your help, its gladly appreciated.

Save some money for your valve cover gaskets and coils. That is the biggest issue most here have had with pre03 LS's Have fun with it. I love mine.

yeah I already knew about the valve cover gaskets, since when I first got the car the first week actually I had to take it back to the dealer b/c the car had the shakes, and it was the coils, b/c oil was getting in there. They had to changed two coils.

Did they replace the valve cover gaskets? If not, the same issue will re-appear. (coil failure)

i paid 15,000 for the car, actually im still paying for it, and its under warrenty. So if anything abnormal starts to happen im taking it back.

Very clean car you have there. I would clear the corners and tint the windows to start. Makes it look much cleaner. Good luck.
