now im having a question well 2 has anyone ever seen this kit b4 Amazon.com: PIAA 71191 HS1 HID Headlight Conversion Kit: Automotive also is it anygood n really plug n play for us? 2 how much do you think maaco ould charge to repaint this chic? laser how much did you pay those cuys for your work if you dont mind my asking?

don't get it. You can find good kits on ebay for under 100 bucks. Adapters for gen 2 marks for around 50 iirc. There won't be a direct fit kit unless you buy one of those 300 buck kits on ebay specificly for a mark that had hid's. But in all reality you can have a new hid kit complete w/ adapter for under 100 bucks if bought seperatly. Theres plenty of people on here including myself that have converted for under 100.

ok cool thanks .... next question... what is a block heater? i believe you car might have come w/ flm's version of onstar... if you had the phone they usually had the same optiion

the next question is what size subs should i be able to fit in the truck i had a time attempting but no love n puttin n a mtx box on my silver one bout year back i have a smaller set of kenwood 12's n storage for when i get back got the box from best buy if any gets the idea of the size wondering will those fit debating on when to put the d3 in

Would you be interested in swapping the Octastars for a set of 10 spoke chrome wheels? I will deliver them. That car has 280 miles on it? The interior looks great. Nice find!

you darndest thing i was lookin for some directionals i dont like these octastars or any other mark wheel for that matter but im a bit spoild the silver one has 70k miles bought it for 5k tho so.... the interior in that on is immaculate but to be expected for a car w/280k so im happy has everything sunroof heated seatds an 10 disc changer

guess we could swap hopefully b4 we buy tires gotta wait till i get the insurance check tho blew this paycheck on replacement parts struts, brakes, filters, gaskets the whole 9 father in law us supposed to com over at some point an install everything

I like Marks. *drools*

As for the Maaco paint make sure its a Premium Center. There are different levels of Maacos and the Premium places havebetter paint and better trained people. They did my tail for $600 with a tri stage pearl and its excellent. No drips, spots, hairs, cracks or anything. Very very impressed with their work.
A basic paint job will run $700 but is just a scuff and spray. Their premium service is $3500 and they strip the car, do body work and use top notch paints.

As for the sub, dont go nuts. A pair of 10"s that are corner mounted will give you better bass then 2-12" subs mounted under the tray. My single 10" isnt quite as loud as Sapperfires dual 12"s but it hits just as deep and is much cleaner.

either slow down when you type and type correctly or forgive me if your spelling isnt that good but damm my eye balls hurt now from trying to read that.

who me?

also i was asking because i have 2 12's left over from my ls... nowhere else to put them figured id try em in the mark..

cls my bad i prefer to type n tongues i figur if u jus apply kindergarten readin techniques u can fly through my post typin or readin dont over analyze the got idea from bootcamp

I have 2 12" Kicker CVRs 2ohm , and that's a Super Bass ProBox, it fit after removing the X brace from behind the backseat and folding the back tray up about 2 inches, squeezed the box in and then hammered the metal back into place

i had the same subs in my 98 as sapperfire, in my 97 i have now, i have two 10 inch jl's in a sealed box i made myself. i want to put a single 12 inch solobaric in it, but i have lots of pipe dreams lol!!

ok i cant find the box i want to change to a ported/vented box been wondering what the difference is until i had the sealed box in my ls

saddened to the core to see her like this waiting on the insurance company to issue the check. purchased a few things last check and debating on the struts once i get this check.

ok these pix r for those interested in a trade.the pix appear in this order.1st rear passIMG00084-20101213-1509.jpg,2nd front passIMG00085-20101213-1510.jpg,3rd rear driverIMG00087-20101213-1510.jpg,4th front driverIMG00088-20101213-1511.jpg. i dont think they look to bad looking to trade for directionals id love chrome to hold me off, but directionals period will work. on another note brakes replaced, oil changed and the filter adapter replaced as well.new oem struts on order and looking into slotted drilled rotors ,(laser)where did your get caliper covers done at? ordering uca's,rear springs, and a touch up of the oxidized portions of the paint. o also i got the hid's in hopefully 10k isnt to bad,but i'll try to keep the MRS. on the pictures of progress.but ya gotta give us a break she's preggers and they say absent mindedness is a symptom(i dont believe it either). so i may miss some things, but i will for sure keep her on the hid install today pix of difference to come tonight my cuzzo is doing the install for me. you guys have a great day.:D

next question... what is a block heater?

If you live in Georgia, you dont need one. it doesnt get anywhere near enough cold to use one. conversely, if it got below zero, then you might need it.

it gets to -25 below zero here, and personally ive never had the need either. She starts every day, even with non synthetic 5-30 oil.
save your Money.

o i was just wondering about a block heater never heard of it b4. but thanks for the advice anyway, although i wasn't really looking into it purchasing one per-say.
