New Paint (pics inside)

Well, its nearly finished. We finished the paint last week and spent nearly 4 days (about 30 hours) buffing. We have not buffed any of the plastic, the mirrors or from the plastic door trim down. Still have some small spots to touch up and a few thing to button up, but for the most part it is done. Here are some pics... a couple from the shop and a couple we shot today.

Never heard someone paint a car with USED paint!

Looks good though.

I wonder why no one, so far has ever painted the chrome around the door and rear windows. Especially black cars. I guess I'm going to have to be the guinea pig for that project as well. LOL

I honestly have considered painting the trim. I have a friend that has a plating company and we talked about doing them in black chrome.

No, its at another park here in town. I want to get some pics at the Vets home when I have the car finished.

There is a huge car show at the Vets home in October called Tindusters. As soon as I get some info on it, I will post it.
