i bought this off ebay a week ago and it finally came in today

Looks good man. All 2000 owners need to do this mod. Simple, but so much better. So you left the buttom part 2000? That gap is ok? Cant see it on a dark interior too much huh?

I finally changed out the bottom portion on mine like a year after I swapped the top part.

I agree, HUGE difference in useability. Probably my favorite mod to date.

yea its definately better than the ninja cup holders lol, the gap is there is you look for it, but like you side its harder to see with the dark interior

Yes, that was definitely one of my favorite upgrades as well. While you had it open did you reverse the SST?

I did when I swapped out my console. It is really just a personal opinion kinda thing. I like to upshift by pulling back rather than pushing forward as many others do. If you get really into it you can even swap the "+" and "-" sign like Pektel.

Nice touch. Major improvement. I hated that cheap looking flip up cupholder.
