Just got it today. With a couple accessories :)

Now I can take even better pictures of the LS :D

This is a great walk around lens. Decent zoom, but not too much that I would need a tripod.

Canon 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM

Canon EW-78BII hood

Canon 72mm UV Haze filter

lol. probably not for a bit. It's freaking cold here.

nice counter top pektel hahaha

that's solid granite :D

He's just mad that the counter top isn't 15 different colors.

are you referring to my comment?

if so, actually i know real stuff when i see it, and i admire it, alot of people go cheap with counter tops or they dont get real stone. i want some nice stone when i get to build my counter top, i would def. go with a granite,

I think he was poking fun at your paint scheme.

No worries mate, everyone has different taste.

Yep... same here... I only use a Tripod for a low or less than spectacular lighting situation when I can't compensate...

I love new gear!!!

I have an E300 with a few different lens... My fav is my f1.6 50mm fixed macro lens... its the heat!

Stop taking pictures of the lens and take a picture with the freakin lens!:D

I can't wait till I can afford a big boy camera.

I want to take nice photographer shots eventually... I always have wanted to ;[

Isn't the camera is taking photographer Shot :P you can do nice picture with every camera but is only the quality is differant and option

It means that simply having an expensive camera does not automatically guarantee good pictures. You (the photographer) has to know how to properly use it. It isn't the camera that's responsible for a good picture, it's the photographer.

He's from Canada, and his first language is French. He's trying. I understand it.

Well, I don't have the most steady hands. And I'm fairly new to DSLR's in general. But I'm getting better!

Ooooh, that's my next purchase. A prime lens. Since I shoot Canon, the lens I was thinking of is the 50mm f1.8. They are really cheap (about 100 bucks), and are very good for the money. If I wanted to step up to a 1.4, the price jumps to almost 400.

POTN? I'm on there every once in a while.

Are you on there?

Didnt look at where he was from :( But most canadians speak English as their first language except Quebec, which Im guessing is where he is located

As far as cameras are concerned, I got my cell phone haha
